What is KinDays?

KinDays is a simple, private place for families to keep birthdays, anniversaries, and other meaningful dates. We aim to be calm, respectful, and transparent.

Information we collect

• Account info: your email address to sign in. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your email address from Google to create and secure your KinDays account.
• Family dates: names and dates you add (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries, memorials).
• Basic app logs: non-sensitive technical data to keep the service reliable.

How we use information

• To show upcoming dates and related features you choose to use.
• To maintain your account and secure your family space.
• To improve reliability and fix issues.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. Dates are visible only to people you invite into your family space. Service providers (e.g., hosting/auth) process data on our behalf to run KinDays.

Your choices

• Export: you can download your dates (CSV).
• Delete: you can delete people, dates, or your whole family space.
• Access & correction: you can update information at any time.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect data in transit and at rest. No internet service is 100% secure, but we work to keep KinDays safe and private.

Children

KinDays is for families, but the account holder should be an adult. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information without consent, contact us and we’ll help.

International use

KinDays may be hosted with third-party providers in various regions. By using KinDays, you understand your data may be processed in those locations.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We’ll post a new “Last updated” date when we do.
